How to Share a Plant

To share a plant with another user, start by navigating to the plant you would like to share.

Accessing the Share Function

If you have permission to share the plant, a Share button will appear in the top-right corner of the plant page.

Inviting Users

• Click the share button
• Enter the email address of the user you want to invite

If the user does not already have a Juggle Energy account associated with that email address, they will receive an invitation prompting them to create one through an online sign-up form.

Once they have completed registration, they can accept the invitation and add the plant to one of their existing organisations or create a new organisation for it.

Note: Newly invited users (and their organisations) do not have permission to share the plant with others by default. Contact Support if they require sharing privileges.

Managing Invitations

All outgoing invitations are listed in the Share Plants dialog. From here, you can: - View the status of each invitation - Revoke invitations if necessary

Sharing via Public Link

If you need to grant access without requiring the user to create a Juggle account, you can alternatively generate a publicly accessible link.
