How to manage organisations and access to plants

#### Organisations on Juggle allow you to group access to multiple plants under one organisational unit. Multiple users can be a member of an organisation, and a plant can be a part of more than one organisation.

To manage members of your organisation, navigate to your user profile. You should see a table listing members of the organisations you are a member of. If you do not have the permission to manage organisation members, you will only see yourself listed as an organisation member. Conversely, if you do have permission to manage organisation members, you will be able to view a list of every member of your organisation. You will also have a button for inviting new members to your chosen organisation using their email address.

If they haven't signed up to Juggle before using the given email address, they will be invited to do so using an online form, then added to your organisation automatically. You can also remove them from the organisation by clicking the remove person icon in the Actions column. 

By default, they will not have the ability to invite further users to your organisation. If other organisation members need the ability to manage organisation members, please reach out to [support.](wiki:/contact)
